Counseling allows you the ability to explore yourself and your future goals in an objective atmosphere. At His Strength Christian Counseling, we will explore and break down the barriers to who you want to be. Some barriers may be environmental, while others may be mental health related such as depression, anxiety, past trauma, relationship issues, communication issues, substance use issues, grief, or focus issues. My style of counseling includes Cognitive Behavioral and Reality therapies with a Christian focus. Counseling is provided face to face and via Telehealth if applicable. By appointment only. I am unable to take walk-in's.
My name is Kathleen Ervin and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 30 years of Community Mental Health experience. Additionally, I developed and ran a children’s church program for 20 years while also teaching middle school and high school Sunday School. My husband and I have been married for 31 years and have two children.
I will start with you where YOU are and help you move toward where you want to be.
