His High Places is a residential Christian Counseling Ministry operating in the North Carolina High Country for more than 40 years. We minister to individuals who are in various stages of crisis, pain, and emotional woundedness. The most common issues we work with are marital problems (including, infidelity and sexual sin), depression, anxiety, grief, spiritual disillusionment, and career burnout. One of the core foundations of the original vision for His High Places was to provide ministry to the minister. One of our early slogans “who ministers to the minister? We do!” remains valid and even more relevant today.
Our 5 Day Intensive Program provides 20 hours of one-on one counseling and is a great choice for those who need to take at the roots of issues, delving more into where those roots reside and find healing and freedom. Includes lodging and four evening meals, private bedroom & bath, comprehensive personalized study plan, workbook and follow-up sessions.
