I specialize in DBT, CBT, self-esteem, and life transitions such as going to college, relationship issues, illness and chronic pain, grief/loss, and retirement. I'm also passionate in supporting new parents and people experiencing challenges in pregnancy, birth trauma, and postpartum transitions. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health.
