I am a bilingual/bicultural (English/Japanese). I have Master's degrees in Counseling from Eastern University, Religion from Cairn University, and Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a certificate in Gerontology from the University of Washington. I am culturally sensitive and experienced with diverse clients in clinical and college settings.
I practice in Redmond in-person & Telehealth. My approach will depend on your needs. My major approaches are Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Mindfulness, CBT/DBT/ACT, and Gottman Method.
