We are a group of practitioners trained in providing deeper and transformative psychoanalytic psychotherapy. We work to comprehensively understand your symptoms in order to not only provide coping skills, but to also help you understand unconscious patterns, unmet needs, and unresolved parts of your past. We will work with you to identify and address these deeper concerns, to help you find lasting change and healing.
While we work with a wide range of concerns, areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy concerns, trauma, identity exploration, grief/loss and self-esteem. We provide individual and couples therapy, and work with children (ages 7+), adolescents and adults.
