As a Spanish and English speaking therapist, I offer psychotherapy to clients of all ages who are struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and other life challenges. Through a warm, sensitive and genuine therapeutic relationship, my clients and I will talk and explore the most difficult moments of their lives and together, through cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, or solution-focused brief therapy, the clients will find solutions to a better life adjustment. I work primarily with individual adults, couples, families and adolescents. I have great success helping patients navigate and healthy boundaries in a relationships and to teach how to deliver respect. Issues I'm best suited to treat are depression and other mood disorders, relationships of all kinds, substance abuse, addiction and recovery. I have experience and training with human sexuality and sexual identity, I'm trained as a family therapist and work with parents to establish healthy boundaries with their children. All of this is in service of personal growth and increased happiness better living strategies.

I have specialized on working issues linked with immigration process and the coexistent mental disorders as depression, anxiety and the impact of Domestic violence in each member of the family.
