Hello and thank you for visiting my page. Taking a step towards self discovery is a courageous one. I see therapy as a unique opportunity to provide space for healing, where choosing to honor yourself becomes priority. Our personal journeys have many ebbs and flows and we can become lost in our experiences and emotions along the way. Therapy can serve as a guide to help us safely navigate our way back. Healing will ask you to dismantle repetitive patterns, unresolved pain and outdated beliefs to have a clearer view. With new vision and understanding it opens the possibilities in becoming the truest version of yourself.
My work centers primarily around Anxiety, Divorce/Relationship Recovery, and Trauma. I additionally have 12 years experience working with adolescents. My approach to therapy has a collaborative spirit where autonomy and boundaries are honored. My goal is to have clients leave empowered with specific tools to help reshape their lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider, holding a Master's degree in Professional Counseling. I am trained in EMDR I, Brainspotting and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
