My approach to psychotherapy utilizes trauma-informed modalities that activate our brain's natural ability to heal and reorganize itself. They help us process and integrate traumatic memories, emotions, and sensations in a safe and supportive way. Modalities I most often use include: Brainspotting, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, inner child work and Reiki.
