My name is Jennifer and I have a masters degree in mental health counseling. My goal is to create a safe environment for clients to make sense of what is happening in their life. I will also work to provide you with tools to help cope with life's hardships.
I work in a private practice setting providing treatment for anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I offer individual and family therapy. My approach utilizes a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming position. Using active listening, empathy, and proven therapeutic tools, I believe that change is possible!
