I provide both neuropsychological assessment and specialized psychotherapy services for adult and geriatric clients. Individuals referred for neuropsychological assessment are typically evaluated for cognitive or thinking difficulties related to neurological conditions (dementia, head injury, multiple sclerosis, seizure disorders, etc.), medical conditions (HIV, autoimmune disorders, cancer, pre/post surgical procedures), and psychological conditions such as depression and anxiety. My assessment practice is complimented by structured therapy including cognitive rehabilitation to compensate for cognitive weaknesses.
I also specialize in therapy designed to treat anxiety disorders including OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder, and specific phobia. Treatment is delivered using CBT techniques (exposure and response prevention).
I earned my doctoral degree in 2015 from Alliant International University in San Diego. I completed my internship at the VA/VU consortium and fellowship training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) where I collaborated with experts in the fields of neuropsychology, neuroimaging, and psychiatry.
