I would love the chance to work with you on the areas of your life where you feel stuck. Anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD (I use EMDR Therapy to treat this), performance issues (both athletically, and professionally), relational issues with family, spirituality issues, grief and loss are all areas in which I have experience. My primary job is to walk with you through the areas you are struggling in and support you all along the way. My greatest desire as a therapist is to see my clients healthy in every sense of the word. I am ready now to help you.
EMDR has clinically proven high success rates in resolving past or present traumatic experiences and anxiety issues in clients. Clients can potentially resolve traumatic experiences completely, even events they thought impossible. Anxiety and depression can also be treated with the use of EMDR. I also work with athletes (high school, college and professional) on the mental approach to their sport, using a very specific technique that helps the athlete visualize their success long before the performance takes place. As a former college and professional athlete, I would have loved to have this resource.
