Situations we've tried our best to "deal with" because "that's just life."
Over time the unresolved shows up in our physical, emotional and mental bodies, often leaving us feeling trapped in what I call "invisible shackles." We manage however, don't really feel plugged-in to life, family or even our self. I offer a wide range of skill-sets, each anchored in: compassion, respect and awareness.
