With this mission in mind, I offer individual and family therapy to persons who are ready and willing to work on barriers that may be impacting their lives in a negative manner. I embrace diversity without being judgmental. Willingness to be open to options are the types of clients I have found to best fit the services offered.
I encourage my clients to try other alternatives through cognitive behavior therapy, behavioral therapy, talk therapy, and physical activity to improve depression, anxiety, self-esteem, academic issues, grief/loss, and interpersonal/relationship issues.
