My journey as a counselor began during my experience with war deployments, which inspired my search to find ways to help others who are hurting. After completing my Master's degrees in Couples and Family Counseling, I have worked extensively with the court system, with families in need, and with individuals of all ages. My other passion in life is speaking and learning more Spanish. I offer therapy sessions to adults, children, families, and couples. I am a certified hypnotherapist.

I support parents who are feeling overwhelmed, tired, and frustrated by their children's behavior. My clients feel like they have tried everything - read books, listened to podcasts, and still they are shocked by their child's, tween's, or teen's behaviors. At their wit's end, my clients find that they default to yelling, taking devices, play dates, and outings away from their child in an effort for their child to behave. Some of my clients are in therapy and their therapist has encouraged them to seek out parenting support.

As a therapist, a positive therapeutic relationship and patience is key to fully understand and slowly opening up the shell of vulnerability. Once the client has allowed the therapist into their vulnerability, positive change can start to occur.
