Welcome to my practice. In my 19+ years of doing clinical work, I have developed a sensitive awareness for clients' unique needs in therapy . I offer a safe, collaborative space to help clients grow, heal, and work through emotional problems. I get to know my clients well and use a range of therapeutic tools to help them understand and work through emotions, thoughts, and patterns that cause them to feel stuck. I really enjoy working with clients from all different backgrounds in short and long term therapy.

I have accumulated over 20 years of experience providing individual counseling, family therapy, and marital counseling to adolescents and all adults dealing with variety of issues and concerns. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated with my master's degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

My orientation towards psychology was born out of my own difficulties in life; I want to make sure that those who seek help are able to get it. That said, I do best with clients who are at their worst, rock bottom. Fear of death and existential concerns, intrusive thoughts and urges, powerful and intense emotions, chronic stress and fatigue, loss of sense of self, lack of meaning and purpose in life, not being able to tell what's real and what isn't, regardless what it is. Whatever is your breaking point is the point at which you can change your life forever, I can help you through that process. The only way out is through.
