My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in a deep respect for the strength and resilience of the human spirit. Suffering is a uniquely individual experience. I work with adult individuals and couples who are seeking help with relationship/intimacy issues, depression/anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma and loss.

I will listen attentively and help you recognize the underlying thoughts and feelings that shape, and sometimes constrict, your life. Consciousness can bring relief.
