I offer psychospiritual therapy for those who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs & practices into their healing work & are exploring or deepening their spiritual connection. I offer supplemental spiritual healing services as well. I also specialize in helping first generation individuals process their cultural experiences & intergenerational trauma.
