Deeba Khumar-Chadha has a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision. Deeba is Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia and will be facilitating the counseling session using predominantly Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Interpersonal therapy and Solution Focused therapy. The majority of Deeba's experience is working with adults and adolescents with concerns regarding depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, self-esteem, and career counseling.
