This is Deepika Pandey, Licensed Behavior Specialist. Currently, i am working with the Neurodiversity population. I have had the years of privilege of helping many young children with autism spectrum, ADHD, Down syndrome mental and behavioral health issues. I have experience working with in-home, in-school wraparound services. My sessions are based on ABA-Evidence Based Intervention within most natural environment of learning. Parental teaching, skills transferring is always my extra priority for a successful session.

I work collaboratively with you to examine your life choices, problem management and support you through the process of implementing effective change in your life I am an active-directive psychologist who not only listens to you but also provides valuable information on strategies on what is working for you and what isn't. I also help you get unstuck by focussing on a solution and action oriented model of change.

As a counselor I have 20+ years of experience working with adults and children. I treat my clients in a compassionate and professional manner and my approach is usually eclectic as I choose them according to the needs of my client. Techniques used by me are CBT, REBT, ACT, Motivational, Gestalt approach, meditation, relaxation and guided imagery. My expertise is in mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorders, and on anxiety disorders such as OCD, panic disorder, and phobias. Anger management in relationships and marriage and relationship therapy are also my interest areas as well as resolution of trauma issues, whether acute or chronic. I have and continue to treat dually diagnosed substance abuse clients.

People do the best they can for their lives, however, old traumas, wounds and life challenges can create suffering, depression and anxiety. This can be a very lonely place to be 'stuck in' and we all deserve to find our way to health and healing. When people are held with compassion and warmth, there can be tremendous healing and big transformations. I have worked extensively with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic pain, interpersonal issues, and adjustment problems. No matter at what pace people want to go, this journey of healing and growth should not be a lonely one.

Some paths to pursuing growth can leave you feeling labeled, picked apart, or wondering what's "wrong" with you. But I believe you are whole and complete, just as you are.
