It is vital for each client to feel comfortable with their counselor. Therapy works best when it is open and honest so that trust is built within sessions. The client and counselor work together as a team to find the problems, set goals, and put effort into the solutions so that the client can grow into who they desire to become.
I am an LPC and my passion is blending families. I collaborate with those who want to fight for their marriage, overcome blending obstacles, and/or learn how to co-parent well. I teach calming techniques for individuals with high levels of stress and anxiety. I enjoy walking with teens and young adults as they navigate life.
I desire to walk with individuals as they build deeper, healthier relationships with strong boundaries. I aspire to help them navigate life and to find their purpose. My plan is to teach parents how to communicate and co-parent and [re]design their family into the one they dream of. As well as assist children to see that they are worthy of being loved.
