I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, and I also enjoy working with adults of all ages. I believe that we have all been wounded on some level in our earlier lives, and so this is where the work needs to start. I will help guide you on this journey of self-discovery.
I am trained in sand tray play therapy for my work with children. Play is a powerful tool for expression for children and adults. I will help you heal that wounded part of yourself that has forgotten how to play and enjoy life on it's own terms.
