My counseling approach is rooted in client-centered, culturally sensitive, integrative, psychodynamic, DBT, CBT, EFT, Gottman Method, EMDR, and a holistic approach. While I lean toward those approaches, I also believe in customizing my treatment plan with techniques from a variety of approaches that best meet the needs of my clients.
