I help adults who are questioning their relationship with food, alcohol, or drugs and those facing infertility, pregnancy or post-partum challenges. As a queer therapist, I am experienced with and enjoy supporting fellow LGBTQIA+ community members. I work from a relational and trauma-informed perspective and incorporate tools from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. Most importantly, though, I am guided by the person sitting in front of me. I will work to understand your unique therapy goals and partner with you on your journey. We are in-network with Aetna, Meritain, UMR, Continental, Cigna, Anthem, Empire, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Medicare, Oscar, 1199 plans, most BCBS, and Horizon PPO. We are not currently accepting clients with Horizon Managed Care plans (see here: www.bit.ly/49FchRZ). We are not able to submit claims for NJ Family Care, Medicaid or Tricare Plans.

In addition to my masters degree, I have a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health, am HAES-aligned (Health at Every Size), and am working toward a certification in Intuitive Eating Counseling.
