As clinicians our priority is to be genuine, thoughtful, and empathic partners to you in addressing your mental health concerns. Together we will work on helping you feel empowered and better able to take on life's challenges. We focus on both long and shorter term psychotherapy for adults and children struggling with a variety of different issues. Please check out our website for further details on our experience and approach to therapy. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your treatment needs and whether or not we'd be a good match.
We have several specializations that include working with survivors of trauma and loss, as well as interpersonal and identity issues. Multiple other challenges typically come along with these issues and become intertwined. Our goal is to help you untangle these matters and work towards developing more control over your life.
In addition to individual therapy, we also provide services for couples, groups, and families. We offer some sliding scale options as well as psychiatric consultation.

Interpersonal Process Group

This group is for individuals who want to improve their self-understanding and relationships with others. The primary focus of this group is to engage in the "process," or here-and-now experience of relationships in the moment as a means of creating change. Group members will become more familiar with their patterns of relating to others and develop skills to improve the quality of their relationships. Currently this group is open to all genders. Three pre-group orientation and intake meetings are required to join. Please contact us directly for more information and to discuss whether group is good fit for your needs.
