I am here when you are ready for a change, for yourself, in your relationship or for your adolescent. I work best with individuals and couples who value authenticity and compassionate directness and who are solution focused. Others often describe me as calming and hopeful. I believe that therapy should be more than "venting." I view you as a collaborator in setting concrete goals and working towards positive life changes and growth. I will be a supportive cheerleader, while pushing you to think about your life from a different perspective and to work towards a better version of yourself.
I offer only high quality treatment, supported by research. Treatment is focused on both accepting oneself, while also developing more effective ways to cope and changing patterns that are not working for you. I also offer both divorce and elder care mediation as well as acting as a facilitator/family relations specialist for collaborative divorces.
My practice offers concierge level of service and access. All calls are personally answered by me. Established clients are provided with online access to my schedule I offer online sessions for any resident of any of the 40+ PSYPACT participating states.
