I'm Hillary, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have several years of experience in work with children & teens as well as with parents and families. I strive to bring a style of therapy that is authentic & relatable to my clients. I take a personal approach when working with each client which allows me to greater understand the struggles they experience. I provide support & education to parents to nurture the therapeutic process. I also enjoy working with young adults & offer therapy services to those seeking support & guidance through the transition of adulthood that can often be accompanied by stress and tribulations.
I have experience working with diverse populations within inpatient, community, & private practice settings. I have extensive experience and training in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy & utilize several other evidence-based models that inform my practice noted below. I also offer Clinical Supervision to pre-licensed clinical social workers (LCSWAs).
The therapy process is a journey, not a straight path. One of which I feel is a privilege to take with my clients. It is important to me that my clients feel seen & heard, as well as given the time & space to progress in their journeys at a pace that meets them where they are. My goal is to help my clients to thrive, not just survive.
