As an art therapist and LMHC, I guide clients in the expressive potential of art materials to help you connect with emotions and experiences on a deeper level, often beyond what words can describe. My office is an art therapy studio and I work from a relational, strength-based and collaborative approach while also utilizing clinical techniques and skills.
I offer sessions in person or online. For virtual sessions, I can also help guide you to create your own in-home space/ art studio. Whether you’re completely new to art-making or already have a creative practice, this can be your space to find clarity, heal and transform emotional pain, develop new coping tools, and uncover a path toward healing and growth.
