I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of clinical experience working with Individuals, Families, Minors, Preteens, and Couples with Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Self Esteem, and Family Conflict. In therapy, I typically use a mix of Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Holistic, Compassion Focused, and Strength-Based approaches.
