This challenging time requires us to attend to our Mental Health more than ever. I will be offering TeleTherapy in order to support you through this tumultuous and uncertain time. Most insurance plans are allowing TeleTherapy to happen during this crisis. By utilizing a strengths-based perspective and empathetic listening, I help to facilitate positive changes which will help alleviate any anxiety and stress My experience as a former Crisis Worker here in Chicago along with my training in Yoga and Somatics are inherently unique to help you cope and heal throughout this challenging time.
I implement a Strengths-Based perspective along with a Solution Focused Orientation within treatment. I am also trained as a Yoga Instructor and other Somatic Techniques which can alleviate stress, anxiety, and despair during this time of crisis.
My clinical interests are geared towards helping others overcome feelings of depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues that are impeding their self-image and quality of life. A safe environment always lends well to change and connection. Having support during this time of fear and uncertainty will provide you the strength you need to go forward.
