I love working with clients who have experienced something painful or confusing, who need someone to bounce ideas off of, or to help carry the burden of their memories. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, abuse and neglect. I also have worked with families whose relationships are strained.
I am a Registered Circle of Security Parenting facilitator and will recommend for parents to learn the technique prior to me working with their kids. I am trained in EMDR, which is an evidence based technique to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and many other stressors. I also have training in Brain Spotting and Internal Family Systems.
