I work with couples, offering premarital assessments to foster healthy communication and strong foundations for their future together. Additionally, I specialize in assisting adults with trauma-related symptoms, guiding them towards healing and recovery with empathy and understanding.

I am a trauma-informed professional and a certified SYMBIS facilitator. I work with individuals on social-emotional skills, grief, PTSD (including complex PTSD), anxiety, depression, anger, stress management, caregiver support, and life transitions.
