I have experience providing individual and group psychotherapy in private practice and University settings with adults between the ages of 17-65 since 2004. I have expertise regarding relationship & family dynamics, life transitions & identity, mood & anxiety, and stress & trauma. My approach to counseling is dynamic, collaborative, & Humanistic. I enjoy supporting people to learn new ways to relate through self-awareness and experiential exercises. I work with individuals to reduce symptoms that impact life, work, and relationships and encourage growth by exploring untapped potential and enhancing overall functioning.
I work from a culturally-informed and inclusive therapy model and incorporate all aspects of the individual's identity and experiences into treatment. I am LGBTQ-affirming and my practice is informed by a strong commitment to integrating a social justice and anti-oppression understanding and approach.
I work in private practice setting providing telehealth services. Please email me to find out more about my practice and current availability.

Groups
Psychodrama-Informed Process Group

*I plan to launch a new telehealth relationship group in 2022 for adults* This group provides an inclusive and affirming space to practice new roles and learn novel responses to old problems, enact past, present, and future scenes and unlearn old patterns and behaviors using the creativity of the group. As healing agents of each other this group offers a place where we discover ourselves within a community context and learn what kind of impact we have and move toward more of what we want in relationships with others as well as with ourselves.
