I have been practicing psychology since 2005 as a Licensed Psychologist in University and Private Practice settings. Current specialization is in trauma (identity, racial, relational, generational), grief/ loss & adjustment, and mood & anxiety disorders. My approach is active, collaborative & relational. I work from several modalities that meet the individual where they are at and co-create a treatment plan that supports overall functioning and wellbeing.

I work from a culturally-informed and inclusive therapy model incorporating all aspects of identity, experience & intersectionality. I am a Queer-identified and affirming practitioner utilizing consent-based, trauma-informed, and racial/social justice practices. My therapy practice is informed by a strong commitment to anti-oppression and de-colonization.
