I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have been working in the field for 8 years and specialize in working with children and couples. I focus on client-therapist relationship building to create a supportive and comfortable environment. I work with couples who are experiencing both highs and lows in their relationship and who are seeking to strengthen their communication and overall relationship. I use elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as a Strengths-Based lens to help couples improve not only as partners but also as individuals.
I believe in building a therapeutic relationship, creating a safe and supportive environment, and helping couples understand both 'sides' in order to navigate conflicts, miscommunication, or other areas they are looking to improve. I will be very straightforward with my guidance and questions as we navigate both the highs and lows and everything in between.
I aim to create a calm, safe, and supportive environment while building a therapeutic relationship. My clients know I am not here to judge, rather I will listen to all sides of conflicts and support both partners in navigating this journey.
