Life is messy and imperfect, and my goal is to collaborate with you on embracing life’s chaos while helping you reach your full potential. With over 9 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals 16+ who are facing the impacts of trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, work-life balance struggles, anxiety, depression, and creating a new normal amidst life transitions all within the broader context of societal and cultural influences.
I am currently working with client's virtually in IL and in person in CO. I am intentional, gentle, and validating in my approach, blending compassionate curiosity with accountability when it's needed. I believe that humor and authenticity are powerful tools for building connection and creating a space where healing feels more approachable and genuine.
I work from a strengths-based, emotionally focused, and trauma-informed perspective. My approach combines Narrative Therapy, DBT, and ACT. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acudetox, providing clients with the tools they need to heal and grow in a holistic and supportive environment.
