I have experience working with individuals with substance abuse and addiction, depression and anxiety disorders, people in various stages of life change and experience, codependency and families/loved ones of those with addiction, and family/couples issues. I also work with individuals with chronic pain and approach this from a holistic perspective.
I am EMDR trained and work with individuals who have experienced trauma, including childhood or developmental trauma and recent or specific incident trauma.

Groups
Parent Support Group
This will be a group for parents with children with mental health conditions. Our group will focus on processing the challenges that come with parenting through mental health diagnoses, working with our own emotions, boundary setting, and learning best ways to support ourselves and our children through this journey! Our first group will be held on June 13, 2023 at 6PM. You must contact us prior to the group to sign up and complete paperwork if you wish to attend.
