I have experience working with individuals with substance abuse and addiction, depression and anxiety disorders, people in various stages of life change and experience, codependency and families/loved ones of those with addiction, and family/couples issues. I also work with individuals with chronic pain and approach this from a holistic perspective.
I am EMDR trained and work with individuals who have experienced trauma, including childhood or developmental trauma and recent or specific incident trauma.
