Postpartum Therapeutic Group
This weekly group will blend therapeutic support with education and skills to help you during your postpartum period with a certified perinatal specialist. This group is a safe and therapeutic space connecting birthing parents on the shared experiences of the Postpartum period. We will be diving deeply through topics, such as, mood disorders, adjusting to motherhood, body image and identity transition, self-care, perfectionism and guilt, relationships, coping strategies, and ways to support the bond between you and your new baby.
