I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties with self and others. Our first meeting by phone or video call will provide us the opportunity to discuss issues you seek to address. I practice from a psychoanalytic approach which means we will explore and deepen our understanding of your experience including unconscious influences on thought, feeling, behavior, and their impact on your present-day situation. My intention working with you is to enhance your awareness for the purpose of creating meaningful improvement, ultimately leading toward greater freedom and joy in living.
My therapeutic approach is deeply collaborative, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I frequently see high-functioning individuals, such as CEOs, executives, and creative minds grappling with issues like low self-regard and creative block. Additionally, I support those navigating complex life events and transitions.
Sessions with me are typically scheduled weekly, offering a consistent framework for our work together. Treatment duration varies based on each client's specific circumstances and goals. For some, focus may be on more immediate goals, while for others, therapy evolves as an open-ended journey. Currently, I do not work directly with insurance companies.
