I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience. I see children, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy who are struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, life cycle challenges, trauma/abuse and many more. People cope with and try to manage their past and present to the best of their ability. However, at times it can be overwhelming and may also create additional barriers as people often outgrow their coping skills, or their skills and tools are simply no longer working for them.
Through my work with children, adolescents, their parents and other caregivers I have increased understanding and appreciation for the ways that relationships, including therapeutic ones, are crucially important in fostering growth for people of all ages.
As a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist with extensive experience working with people of various backgrounds, I strive to provide a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative and empowering.
