I’m a licensed therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I primarily use a strength-based approach to support individuals dealing with persistent anxiety that affects daily life, feelings of sadness related to various life chapters, including supporting empty-nest parents. I also provide a supportive space for individuals as they navigate difficult thoughts and emotions related to chronic illness and end-of-life issues. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, such as hypnosis for cancer pain, breathwork, and muscle relaxation, to enhance both physical and mental well-being.
In our sessions, you will find a non-judgmental space filled with compassion and understanding.
