We specialize in Anxiety and ADHD in children, teens, and adults. We work with a very wide range of issues and concerns, including Parenting, Developmental issues, Family changes and Relationship issues. We work with young children, school-aged children, tweens/teens, and adults in individual, couple, and family sessions.
We strive to make this process as quick and easy as possible for you. We have several therapists on staff and aim to match the right therapist to you on your clinical goals, type of evidenced-based therapy, and your insurance. We offer in person sessions in Mission Valley, Rancho San Diego, and Scripps Ranch locations, as well as telehealth throughout CA.
