In my work as a crisis clinician, I am constantly required to pivot and demonstrate flexibility and meet people where they're at, and help identify what works for them!
I'm interested in working with individuals and couples who are self-reflective and are open to working on themselves and their relationships. We will first discuss your history and why you are in therapy. We will identify primary goals and come up with an integrated therapeutic approach on how to achieve these goals!
