I welcome all populations of clients to my office. I am specifically passionate about supporting high-achieving women and mothers who may struggle with people-pleasing in relationships. It is one of my greatest honors to help women navigate the challenges of marriage, relational dynamics, and divorce. I also support both men and women in exploring how past trauma can develop into depression, anxiety, codependency, grief, and body and health issues.

My style of therapy is relational-focused, ensuring we establish a collaborative environment that feels safe and comfortable for you. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help my clients work through trauma and life by understanding our adaptive and maladaptive behaviors and attachment history.
