I work with individuals and couples who deeply desire to see change in their lives. They want to live in alignment with their values, heal from trauma, and understand how to function healthily personally, and interpersonally. My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, and the negative thought and behavior patterns that have gradually taken over their lives.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process of transformation, and regard the therapeutic relationship as the most important aspect of this process. As we sit together in the therapy space, we will compassionately examine the tapestry of your life, allowing for healing and long lasting change.
