As an LCSW for over 20 years, my goal is to help you gain confidence, feel supported, and cope with stressors that impact your daily functioning. I have extensive experience working with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, grief and relationship difficulties.
I am also a Certified Dementia Practitioner. I work with seniors who have cognitive impairments and help caregivers who need support and strategies in handling ones symptoms and diagnosis.
In addition I provide bariatric clearances for those seeking bariatric surgery. Post operative I will assist with any psychological adjustments including body image and relapse prevention.
