I am passionate about the powerful change therapy can bring to a person's life, and I’m honored I can be a part of their journey. I believe we are all just human beings trying to make our way through life the best we can, and all of us deserve love, kindness, and compassion. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, comfortable experience that makes it easy to open up and share. I specialize in codependency, the narcissist/empath relationship dynamic and healing the aftermath, care-giver burnout, grief, and anxiety.
I enjoy working with patients who are facing life challenges: separation/divorce, birth of a child, care-giving for aging parents, grieving the loss of a loved one, leaving a toxic relationship, they or their loved one are navigating gender dysphoria. Also those who struggle with anxiety, depression, codependency, or feeling unworthy or shameful.
We can't always control our life circumstances, but we can control our response to them. It takes a lot of courage to be able to use the discomfort of life's challenges to grow and make changes that allow for peace and contentment. We can do this together. I’ve got you!
