Parenting. Truly the most challenging and rewarding job in the world. Allowing your heart to exist outside of your body can be both joyful and exhausting. Finding time for yourself? Whether you are just beginning your journey as a parent, imagining this life change, or full steam ahead with littles and bigs of all ages, I would be honored to support you.
I utilize client-centered techniques, somatic experiences, and, occasionally, a kinesthetic art project to provide a space for self-discovery and allow you to feel heard and understood. I am honored to support parents in all stages, including the perinatal stage, parenting children with exceptional needs, and parenting during life transitions.
It is so hard to put time aside for ourselves as parents.
