Emotions Education 101 8-week Group Course
Emotions Education 101 8-week group class on ZOOM teaches people how to work with emotions in both the mind and body to achieve change and transformation. We practice "working the Change Triangle." This course is NOT therapy, but it is very therapeutic. Past participants tell us the class shortens therapy by years.
