Finding the right fit with a therapist is vital. I specialize in helping people heal from hard and traumatic life experiences. I am a good fit for people that have experienced abuse, chaotic family life or relational trauma. I’m passionate about working with people having difficulty moving through distress from past experiences, trusting others, and building close attachments. I'm a good fit for people that want to connect but find it hard and clients that are ready to dig deep and work toward meaningful healing. I also have a particular passion and affinity for working with other ADHD and neurodivergent folks like myself.

My specialty is in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which uses biological mechanisms to help your brain reprocess hard and traumatic memories. I also use elements of Ego state therapy, IFS and visualizations to help clients with high levels of dissociation and blocking beliefs to build internal resources and felt safety.

I will always see the best in you, unconditionally. When I was at a crossroad, social work spoke to me because I felt it was the most holistic educational path. I believe that people are not just their past, or just a diagnosis. I will work with you to put the puzzle pieces together and realize the beautiful future you see for yourself.
