My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I work collaboratively with individuals as they explore their experiences and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. While I have experience working with people of all ages, I now primarily work with adults. My areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety, trauma, depression, and self-esteem. I especially enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate the complexities of adulthood and helping clients shift long-standing patterns so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I received my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Cloud State University and have been practicing since 2015. I work from a trauma-informed and systemic therapy lens, and am trained in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sandtray, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Family Systems.
