You may understand why something is happening, but still feel unable to shift it in a meaningful way. Therapy with me focuses on helping you move beyond insight and into lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who want to better understand the internal patterns that shape their relationships, decisions, and emotional lives.
Using an approach informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment, and practical, skills-based work, we slow things down to help you identify what’s happening beneath the surface and create new ways of responding. With couples, I emphasize accountability, communication, and a deeper understanding of each partner’s internal experience.
My style is engaged, thoughtful, and collaborative. I will help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, while also guiding you toward practical changes that feel grounded and sustainable in your daily life.
